Mia Trubelja is a Bay Area-native actor based in New York City. While living in the Bay Area, Mia was involved in the teen acting company A Theatre Near U, and originated numerous roles through their summer productions. At the same time she studied at Stonestreet Studio within NYU Tisch’s Pre-College Program.

While completing her undergraduate degree, she traveled overseas to study Shakespeare at the BADA Midsummer in Oxford program. In 2022, she received her BFA in Acting from Emerson College, having taken numerous classes in improv, Alexander Technique, Chekhov, Shakespeare, and Linklater voice technique. While at Emerson College she originated the role of Vanessa Bell in The Interior of the Artist Without Her Sister, which portrayed the lives of the artist Vanessa Bell and her sister, Virginia Woolf.

Since graduating from Emerson College, Mia Trubelja has moved to New York City and has been taking acting classes at The Barrow Group and Adult Film studio. She is also a proud daughter of Croatian and Serbian immigrants, and holds a dual citizenship for both the U.S. and Croatia.
